Suzaku Kururugi

Suzaku is an eleven and childhood friend of Lelouch. After being separated for years, the two are reunited at Ashford Academy. Although they are close friends who care about each other, they have wildly differing views on the state of the world.

Outside of school, Suzaku is a member of the military. As an honorary Britannian, he gained an opportunity to work for Llyod Asplund of the Advanced Special Envoy Engineering Corp as a pilot for the first seventh generation Knightmare Frame, the Lancelot. In this role, he has met and befriended Princess Euphemia and saved his fellow students from an incident with the Japanese Liberation Front.
