Saitama

The Saitama Ghetto was the location of Lelouch's second attempt to prevent the destruction of a ghetto with a resistance group. However, this time the opponent was not the simple Clovis, but instead the war hero Cornelia. As an excellent commander, she was able to counter Lelouch's tactics and come out victorious. Had it not been for the intervention of C.C., Lelouch would have been discovered by Cornelia.
