Gaara creates a third eye made of sand. It is invisibly connected to the optic nerve.

Tsukuyomi is a special Sharingan jutsu. Meeting the gaze of someone using Tsukuyomi will allow them to transport you into an illusionary world where they control time and space. It is used to torture and mentally break enemies.
This jutsu will end the life of both the user and the enemy.
