This jutsu, as stated by the Third Hokage, "disrespects the dead and manipulates time". Using this, dead people can be brought back to fight for the summoner. It requires a living sacrifice instead of the summoners blood. The body used for this jutsu is encased within dust to give it the appearance of the body of the soul that was reanimated.
